Recipe of the Week: Cinnamon Toast Crunch Bars

If you’re a fan of Rice Krispy Treats, you’ll want to check out this fun twist on the classic treat. This version from Pillsbury uses Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal!


  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 4 1/2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunchâ„¢ cereal


  • Spray an 11×7 or 9×9 pan with cooking spray.
  • In a large pot melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and cook over medium-low heat until marshmallows are completely melted.
  • Once marshmallows are melted, remove pot from heat and add cereal to the pot, stirring to coat.
  • Press into prepared pan and cool. Cut into bars and serve.
